连续性血液净化技术救治重症药疹患者临床研究

Clinical Study of Continuous Blood Purification Treatment on Patients with Severe Drug Eruption

目的对重症药疹治疗中连续性血液净化的治疗效果分析。方法选取64例患者,按床位单双号分为两组,单号行常规治疗,双号行血液净化治疗。结果 (1)炎性细胞因子指标检测:治疗8 d后,行常规治疗的各项指标均比行血液净化指标结果高。(2)APACHEⅡ评分:常规治疗评分结果比血液净化高,且28 d后转归情况也无血液净化效果好。结论连续性血液净化可提高治疗的针对性,故治疗效果更加确切,是重症药疹治疗的重要方法。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification analysis. Methods Selecting 64 cases, dividing them into two groups according to the single and double bed number. Single number beds had conventional treatment, and double number beds had blood purification therapy. Results （ 1 ） Inflammatory cytokines index detection ： 8 d after treatment and routine treatment of each index are higher than line index of blood purification result. （2） The APACHE II score, conventional grading result is higher than blood purification treatment, and outcome after 28 d nor blood purification effect is good. Conclusion Continuous blood purification can improve the treatment of specific aim, so the treatment effect is exact, and is the important method to cure severe drug eruption.
