562例经尿道行前列腺电切术的并发症防治措施

Prevention Countermeasures of the Common Post- operative Complications of Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术常见并发症及其防治措施。方法回顾性分析接受前列腺电切术的562例良性前列腺增生症患者的临床资料,有针对性地采取防治措施。结果 562例患者中出现并发症86例,其中:膀胱痉挛24例(27.9%),尿失禁17例(19.8%),残留腺体增生13例(15.1%),尿道狭窄11例(12.8%),合并出血8例(9.3%),尿路感染8例(9.3%),电切综合征5例(5.8%)。经对症治疗后,效果较好。结论熟悉局部解剖标志,手术技术熟练,采取适当的预防措施,对于术中及术后并发症的预防具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the prevention countermeasures of the common post- operative complications of transurethral resection of prostate. Methods Clinical data of transurethral resection of prostate was retrospective analyzed,and prevention measures were taken during and after the operation. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 86 cases,of which: 24 cases was with bladder spasm( 27. 9%),urinary incontinence in 17 cases( 19. 8%),residual gland hyperplasia in 13 cases( 15. 1%),urethral stricture in 11 cases( 12. 8%),hemorrhage in 8 cases( 9. 3%),urinary tract infection in 8 cases( 9. 3%),and transurethral resection syndrome in 5 cases( 5. 8%). After symptomatic treatment,patients' condition was under control. Conclusion It is important for physicians to get familiar with local anatomical landmarks,to improve surgical skills,and to take appropriate preventive measures of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
