手术切除肝细胞肝癌、肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术已成为治疗肝癌的主要手段之一。在肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞中,栓塞剂承担着重要作用。本文将常用的栓塞剂分为传统栓塞剂及新型栓塞剂两类,并对肝癌介入治疗常用栓塞剂的特点及临床应用进行综述。
