红外线体温仪与耳温计联合测量住院患者体温的效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨3种体温测量工具测量体温效果的差异,寻找一种更准确、安全、省时间的体温测量方法,以取代目前国内医院用水银体温计测体温的方法.方法 随机选取2011-07~2012-03间在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院眼科病房住院的300例术后3d内患者,分别应用水银体温计、耳温计、红外线体温仪3种方法测量其体表温度,合计900次.比较3种测量方法的测温效果.结果 3种方法测量发热患者体温测量值比较无明显差异,红外线体温仪测量正常体温患者与其余2种方法有差异.结论 联合使用耳温计与红外线体温仪临床测量体温准确、有效、节约时间,可有效避免发生交叉感染,且能减少汞对环境污染的危险性,优于水银体温计. Objective To explore a more accurate, safe and time saving temperature measuring method by comparing the temperature differences of three kinds of thermometer, to replace mercury thermometer temperature measurement method in current domestic hospi- tal. Methods 300 ophthalmology of postoperative patients in three days were randomly selected from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Har- bin Medical University from July, 2011 to March, 2012. The surface temperatures were respectively measured, with 900 times in all. The effect of three temperature measuring methods was compared. Results There was no obvious difference in three methods of measuring fever patients' temperature. Infrared thermometer measured normal patients temperature was different from the other two methods. Conclusion The combined use of ear thermometer and infrared thermometer was accurate, effective and time saving, and could avoid cross infection ef- fectively and decrease the risk of mercury pollution to the environment, which was better than the mercury thermometer.
