摘要
从生长于我国南海西沙群岛的斯氏花群海葵中分离得到两种具有心血管活性的物质—多糖(Ⅰ)和多糖(Ⅱ),运用化学分析,光谱分析及酸水解—双向纸层析等对它们的组成进了研究。结果表明多糖(Ⅱ)由核糖、半乳糖和乙酰氨基半乳糖以分子比约为3.2:2.0:1.0组成,多糖(Ⅰ)则由核糖和半乳糖以分子比约为2.2:1.0组成。
The polysaccharides, two cardiovascular active substances were isolated from sea anemone Zoanthus Stephensoni which lives in the Xisha Islands. Their chemical components were studied by paper chromatography, IR spectrum and chemical analysis. Polysaccharide Ⅰ was composed of ribose, galactose and acetylaminogalactose in the molar ratio of 3.2:2.0:1.0. Polysaccharide Ⅱ was composed of ribose and galactose in the ratio of 2.2:1.0.
