摘要 微小RNAs (miRNAs)是一类非编码的调节性小分子RNAs,长度约为22 nt.研究表明,miRNAs 对基因表达、肿瘤发生和组织特异性等方面发挥重要的调节作用,近年来对miRNAs作用机制的探索开创了miRNAs研究的新纪元.眼内恶性肿瘤是一类复杂的基因疾病,主要由基因结构和表达异常所致,miRNAs在眼内恶性肿瘤的形成过程中有决定性作用.就miRNAs与眼内恶性肿瘤的关系进行综述. MicroRNAs are approximately 22 nt non-coding RNAs,which belong to a class of regulatory RNAs.MicroRNAs are determined to be involved in the expression of gene and oncogenesis with remarkable tissue specificity.The study of the microRNAs opens a new era for the understanding of small non-coding RNAs.Intraocular cancer is a complex of genetic diseases caused by abnormalities of gene structure and expression,moreover,expression of microRNAs is associated with intraocular cancer and they could have a crucial function in tumor progression.Here the emerging knowledge of microRNAs contributing to intraocular cancer was briefly reviewed.
