双向预拉伸对新淬火态2024薄铝板残余应力的影响

摘要 采用局部浅拉深成形实验模拟双向预拉伸,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立双向预拉伸模型,分析应力比、主拉伸量对残余应力的影响,得到仿真模拟双向预拉伸的相对优化的参数。通过平面应变实验,确定了实验拉伸消除淬火残余应力的参数;通过ARAMIS测量应变,用X射线衍射仪测量残余应力,验证了有限元模拟的有效性。结果表明在主预拉伸量为2.0%,应力比为0.45时,对淬火后残余应力的消减最好。 Local shallow stretch forming experiment was used to simulate biaxial pre-stretching. Based on ABAQUS finite element soft- ware, biaxial pre-stretching model was established, The influence of the stress ratio and principal pre-stretching quantity on residual stress were analyzed and the simulate relative optimized parameters of the biaxial pre-stretching were obtained. Through plane strain test, experimental parameters were achieved. In order to verify the reliability of the FEA, ARAMIS was used to measure strain and X- ray diffractometer was used to get the residual stress. The results show that the residual stress is minimum when the pre-stretehing a- mount is 2.0% and the stress ratio is 0.45.
