圆窗置管微泵灌注鼠神经生长因子治疗难治性老年突发性耳聋疗效观察

Effect of round window catheter placement with mouse nerve growth factor perfusion on intractable sudden deafness in elderly patients

目的探讨经圆窗置管微泵灌注鼠神经生长因子对难治性老年突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法 78例经常规方法治疗无效的老年突发性耳聋患者,随机分为3组,治疗组(28例)经圆窗置管微泵灌注鼠神经生长因子,对照A组(26例)经圆窗置管微泵灌注醋酸泼尼松龙,对照B组(24例)肌内注射鼠神经生长因子,比较各组疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率(82.1%)高于对照A组(73.1%)及对照B组(37.5%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论圆窗置管微泵灌注鼠神经生长因子治疗难治性老年突发性耳聋疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effect of round window catheter placement with mouse nerve growth factor （mNGF） perfusion in elderly patients with intractable sudden deafness. Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients with intractable sudden deafness after invalid conventional treatment were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 28）, control group A （n= 26） and control group B （n=24）. Treatment group underwent round window catheter replacement with mNGF perfusion, control group A underwent round window catheter replacement with prednisone perfusion, and control group B underwent intramuscular injection of mNGF. The therapeutic effects were compared among three groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 82.1 % in treatment group, significantly higher than that in control group A （73.1%） and control group B （37.5 %） （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Round window catheter placement with mNGF perfusion is effective for elderly intractable sudden deafness.
