重视脑功能成像在神经疾病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 神经结构与行为、功能的关系是脑科学关注的核心问题,也是临床神经病学的定位和定性的基础.电子计算机体层扫描(computed tomography,CT)、磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术的问世为局灶性神经损伤的诊断提供了精确的定位和定性信息[1],但很多非局灶性损伤疾病如神经退行性病、精神性疾病等,普通CT和MRI难以发现显著的结构异常.随着科学发展,新的脑成像技术及数据分析方法,包括弥散张量成像、功能磁共振成像(function magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)以及基于体素的形态学分析等不断涌现并广泛用于临床,为神经精神疾病的诊断提供了手段,也为脑机制研究提供了机遇.
