阑尾颗粒细胞瘤一例
摘要
患者女，31岁。因“转移性右下腹疼痛27h”急诊就医，门诊体检发现麦氏点按压疼痛且疼痛固定，拟诊“急性阑尾炎”于2013年5月27日收入院，并行急诊手术。术中探查见阑尾位于盲肠前，5．0cm×1．5cm大小，表面充血水肿明显，头端化脓，腹腔内可及黄色渗液约100mL。
