摘要
本文研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)在非聚合性气体等离子体作用下的表面交联过程,结合接触角测定,SEM,DSC,X射线衍射及元素分析等手段,研究了交联的结构以及表面交联与HDPE表面性质的相互关系,探讨了等离子体表面改性的机理以及处理效果在存放过程中发生衰减的原因。
The surface crosslinking process of high density polyethylene (HDPE) under the non-polymerized gases plasma has been studied, By means of th SEM, DSC, X-ray difraction, elemental analysis and contact angle measurement, the structure of the crosslinking layer, and the relationship between the surface crosslinking and the surface properties have been investigated. The mechanisms of,the surface modification and the attenuation of the modification efficiency were also discussed.
