疑难病例析评：第314例 外伤后头痛-肢体抽搐-意识丧失

摘要 病历摘要患者男,16岁,因车祸致头痛4h于2013年6月入住解放军总医院海南分院.患者因骑电动车与小轿车相撞致伤,左顶枕部受力,伤后头痛,无昏迷、肢体抽搐、幻视、大小便失禁等.急诊头颅CT显示：蛛网膜下腔出血.伤后当日复查头颅CT无明显变化,患者头痛无缓解.
