摘要 肝细胞癌(HCC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,与HBV的慢性感染密切相关。HBV X蛋白(HBx)由HBV x基因编码,研究表明它在HBV相关肝细胞癌的形成中起着重要作用。HBx可以引起宿主基因表观遗传修饰的显著改变,有证据已经表明由HBx引起的表观遗传学事件在HBV相关肝细胞癌的发展中起着重要作用。本综述主要关注HBx在肝细胞癌中引起的表观遗传学变化,包括异常的DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和microRNAs表达;对HBx引起HBV共价闭合环状(ccc)DNA的表观遗传学调控也进行了讨论。 Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors and closely associates with chronic HBV infection. HBV X protein (HBx), encoded by HBV x gene, plays an important role in the onset and progression of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma. Evidence has indicated that the epigenetic events caused by HBx can induce significant changes in the epigeneties of host genes, thus play important roles in the development of HBV-related HCC. This review focuses on the HBx-induced abnormal epigenetic changes including DNA methylation, histone modifications and microRNAs expression in HCC. We also discuss the HBx-induced epigenetie regulation of HBV covalently-closed circular DNA.
