成人右侧先天性梨状窝瘘二例 被引量：5

摘要 先天性梨状窝瘘（congennital piriform sinus fistulae,CPSF）是一种罕见的颈部鳃源性疾病,典型表现为反复发作的颈部脓肿、颈部蜂窝织炎和急性化脓性甲状腺炎等,90％以上的先天性梨状窝瘘好发于左颈[1-2].我院收治2例成人右侧先天性梨状窝瘘,现报告如下.
