变态反应中嗜酸性细胞的凋亡及调控机制 被引量:2

Mechanism of eosinophil apoptosis and its regulation in allergic reaction

摘要 变态反应(allergicreaction)又称为过敏反应,是指机体再次接触相同的过敏原引发的对机体有利或有害的反应。目前患有变态反应性疾病的患者约占世界总人口的22%,我国约有33%的人口患有变应性疾病,并且患有两种或两种以上变应性疾病的患者占24%[1]。 In allergic reaction activated eosinophils have been known to accumulate at the site of inflamma- tion. Apoptosis of eosinophils may be involved in the inflammation resolution. In this review, we state that the apoptosis of eosinophils play a direct role in allergic reaction. Regulating the apoptosis of eosinophils can effectively alter the development of allergic inflammatory reaction.
