五台山风景区“僧民关系”探析

Research on the Relationship between Buddhism and Local Community in Mount Wutai

五台山风景区2009年被列入世界遗产名录,较大规模的社区搬迁贯穿其"申遗"过程并延续至今。当前社区搬迁政策在实施过程和效果方面均出现一些问题,究其原因是对五台山地区的"僧民关系"缺乏理解与研究。以考察五台山地区"僧民关系"的发展演变作为出发点,并将旅游发展和规划政策作为影响其关系变化的重要因素,继而探索当前情势下当地居民与佛寺间的相互关系,反思风景区社区搬迁政策,最后提出一些思考。

Mount Wutai Scenic Area was inscribed on the World Heritage Listin 2009. During the nomination process, there were large-scale community relocation projects which are still ongoing now. Currently there are some problems in the implementation and effectiveness of the relocation policy. The reason may be lack of understanding and research about the relationship between Buddhism and local cornmunity. Taking examining the evolution of the relationship mentioned above as a beginning and tourism development and planning policies effects into account, the paper explores the current situation of inter-relationship between Buddhism and local community. In the end, the paper rethinks the community relocation policy and proposes some thoughts.
