摘要
从质量管理的思想观念、行为方法及组织机构等方面分析了质量管理在质量信息技术支持下的新发展，提出了一种适用于我国制造业的质量管理新方法--以测量信息流为核心的系统管理。
The latest development of quality management supported by quality information technology is analyzed on three key aspects of quality management in this paper:the ideas and thoughts,the behavior and methods， and the structure.Then,a new method of quality management which is suitable for the manufacturing industry of our country is put forward,i.e.,systematic management at the core of measure information stream.
