介绍了凯德MALL工程设计中的问题和难点。该工程房屋结构高度为42.85m,属超长高层钢筋混凝土建筑,采用框架—剪力墙结构体系,该工程在高层超长结构及构造措施、大悬挑等方面都比较有特点,可供同类结构设计时参考。
