摘要
通过代建制在某安置房建设中的成功实践,分析了在安置房项目代建过程中如何做好投资、合同、质量管理,同时也指出了实践过程中存在的问题,以期对安置房建设的实施与研究提供借鉴。
Under the successful practice of agent-construction system in the construction of housing placement, this paper analyzes how to control invest, carry out contract and manage qualityin the process of agent-construction system. Meanwhile, it also points out the problems in the practical process so that it can afford reference for the following research.
