无扰切换技术在电厂引风机高压变频器中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 高压变频器在发电厂引风机使用中,常因变频器故障需单侧停机,目前常用措施是降低机组负荷单侧停机检修,严重影响机组负荷,经济损失大,提出一种通过为变频器增加无扰切换柜,实现引风机变频方式与工频方式的双向切换,且切换电流小,对母管风压无影响,机组负荷稳定。通过实验验证该方法的可行性。 In the use of high voltage inverter in the power plant induced draft fan, often because the frequency converter fault should be unilateral stop, the commonly measurement is to reduce the unit load unilateral shutdown overhaul, but it will seriously influence unit load and cause large economic loss. A frequency converter by increasing the undisturbed switch cabinet is proposed, which realize the induced draft fan frequency conversion method and way of power-frequency two-way switch. The switching current is small, on the main pipe pressure has no effect, and the unit load is stable. The feasibility of this method is verified by the experiment.
