羊驼皮肤中肌钙蛋白C(TnC)基因表达分析

Transcripts of troponin C gene expression in the alpaca skin

从羊驼皮肤cDNA文库中筛选到TnC基因的克隆,经PCR鉴定并测序得知:克隆大小为722 bp,含有一个完整的开放阅读框(ORF)。并利用生物信息学方法对该基因进行分析,发现该基因编码160个氨基酸,为膜蛋白,部分具有高度同源性,并还有一个EFh家族的保守区域,是该蛋白的功能区域。

TnC positive clones were screened from the cDNA library of alpaca skin. The sizes of the inserted fragments of clones were tested by PCR and sequenced. The results showed that the inserted fragments were 722 bp and the sequence contains a com- plete open reading frame （ORF）. The analysis of this gene by means of bioinformatics methods, reveals that the gene encodes 160 ami- no acids which consist of membrane protein, and within the gene there is an EF-hand family conserved area which acts as a function- al domain.
