摘要
本实验在兰州地区针对二次空气为室外新风的管式间接蒸发冷却器进行研究,在一定实验条件下,得出这种管式间接蒸发冷却器效率和温降随二次/一次风量比和淋水量的变化关系。在所取实验风量中得出当一次空气风量为9000m3/h时,最佳二次/一次风量比为0.7,效率达到71%,温降达到9.1℃,此时管式间接蒸发冷却器的效率和温降达到最高。在这种情况下改变淋水量,若一、二次空气风量都一定,淋水量越大,冷却器的效率和温降越高,当淋水量达到4.6m3/h时,再增大淋水量,冷却器效率和温降没有太大的改善。这样就进一步验证了二次空气为室外新风的管式间接蒸发冷却器在兰州地区的适用情况,同时也为这种类型的管式蒸发冷却器在其他地区的适应性提供了参考。
The experiment is to study a kind of indirect evaporative cooler whose secondary air volumes is outdoor air in Lanzhou. Based on the experimental study, the relationships between the efficiency and temperature drop of TIEC and the ratio of the secondary and primary air volumes were presented under certain experimental conditions. It was found that the efficiency of TIEC could reach at 71% when the primary air volume was 9000m^3/h, also under this condition, the ratio of the secondary and primary air volumes was 0.7, and the temperature drop could reach at 9.1 ℃. In this case, the primary and secondary air volumes were fixed and the water delivery was changed, as a result, the larger the water delivery, the higher the efficiency and temperature drop would obtained. These two parameters would get the highest values when the water delivery was 4.6m^3/h. Then although the water delivery could be further increased, the efficiency and temperature drop would not be changed a lot. This further validates the applicability of indirect evaporative cooler whose secondary air volumes is outdoor air, and also provides a reference in other areas.
