摘要
高层住宅由于其楼层高、户间隔墙面积小、公共围护结构多的特点,用户位置和户间传热对用户耗热量的影响更加复杂。本文以济南地区某高层住宅为例,利用DeST-H建筑能耗模拟软件分析了不同位置和户间传热对用户耗热量的影响,对进一步研究和分析高层住宅分户计量热费分摊比例的合理性提供了参考。
High residential building, due to its high floor, small partition wall area, public enclosure structure, the characteristics of user's location and the influence of the heat transfer to the user heat loss of the families is more complicated. This paper, taking a high residential building in Jinan as an example, using the DeST - H building energy simulation software analyzes the different location and the influence of the heat transfer to the user heat loss of the households, and provides the reference for further research and analysis the rationality of the allocation proportion of high residential household metering charge.
