摘要
研究了卫星或者空间站等系统上的正交双轴转动机构在工作时对星体或站体的扰动影响。将正交双轴转动机构抽象为2根刚性杆件组成的正交双轴转动刚体动力学模型。运用三维空间刚体动力学理论,推导了该模型在正交双轴转动时对其安装基体的六维扰动力与力矩理论计算公式。给定模型的相关参数,利用ADAMS软件对该模型进行刚体动力学建模和计算并与所得的理论公式计算结果进行对比,验证了所推导公式的正确性。所得结果可为空间转动机构的设计及其地面测试提供重要理论支持。
This paper focuses on the research of the disturbance to the satellite or space station when their mechanisms are working in two-orthogonal-axle rotating.A two-rigid-rod dynamic model is used to represent the mechanism rotating in two orthogonal axles.The formulae of the disturbance of the six force and moment components of the two rotating rods acting on the base are derived by the 3D rigid dynamics.The two-rigid-rod dynamic model with a group of given parameters is set up by ADAMS software.The simulating results of ADAMS are compared with those by the proposed formulae.The results show they are identical and the formulae are correct.The work of the paper is very important to support the space mechanism design and test.
