摘要
甲醛是一种具有刺激气味的无色气体,对人体具有较大危害。它在环境中对人类的危害引起人们的高度重视,因此,对这种有毒物质的监测显得尤为重要。系统采用单片机STC89C52RC进行控制,以ME3M-CH2O型甲醛传感器电化学效应进行数据采集,设计了一种甲醛浓度测量装置,完成了该装置的硬件电路和软件部分设计,经测试表明:系统的误差在±0.02×10-6范围内,具有精度高、性能稳定、反应迅速、性价比高、便携方便等优点,而且结构简单、使用简洁方便,可广泛应用于室内环境甲醛浓度检测。
Formaldehyde is a colorless gas with stimulating smell,is harmful to human.It is in the environment harm to human attention,people therefore,monitoring of such toxic substances is very important.The system uses single-chip STC89C52RC control,data acquisition by the electrochemical effect of ME3M-CH2O formaldehyde sensor,design a formaldehyde concentration measuring device,completed the hardware circuit and software design of the device,the test results show that:the system error is within ± 0.02 × 10 6,which has the advantages of high precision,stable performance,quick response,high ratio of performance to price,portable and convenient,and has the advantages of simple structure,the use of simple and convenient,and can be widely applied to the formaldehyde concentration of indoor environmental testing.
