金融支持水库移民工作的实践与探索——以广西水库移民典范桂林市恭城县黄竹岗村为例

Practice and Exploration of the Financial Support for Reservoir Resettlement

目前,国家已正式批复桂林国际旅游胜地建设方案,其中漓江补水工程中的三大水库已在建设中,由此引发的水库移民生活生产等现实问题亟需重视。本文以黄竹岗村水库移民的成功发展案例和农合机构信贷支持模式为样本,并借鉴国内外金融支持水库移民的经验做法,引导和扶持水库移民实现可持续发展。

Now, the three large reservoirs for recharge project of Lijiang River has been constructing, so it is necessary to pay attention to the reservoir immigrants living and other practical problems. The author analyzes the success- ful case of ＂Huang Zhu Gang Village ＂and loan pattern of rural cooperative organization, and references the experience of domestic and foreign financial support of reservoir resettlement, then gets some enlightenment of guiding and sup- porting reservoir resettlement to achieve sustainable development.
