摘要 目的:探讨心理干预、运动干预和综合干预3种不同干预方法及4种不同干预方式对青少年心理应激的影响。方法:运用协方差分析不同干预方法和方式对青少年心理应激的交互作用和综合作用。结果:3种不同干预方法对青少年心理应激干预前后差异显著;4种不同干预方式对青少年心理应激干预前后差异也显著。多重比较分析表明:综合干预效果优于运动干预,运动干预效果优于心理干预;团体+心理干预效果优于团体干预,团体干预效果优于个人+心理干预,个人+心理干预效果优于个人干预。结论:综合干预方法和团体+心理的综合干预方式是缓解青少年心理应激最有效的方法和方式。 Objective:To investigate the psychological intervention, exercise intervention and intervention in three different intervention methods and four different modes of intervention on adolescent mental stress. Methods : Using ANCOVA to an- alyze the adolescent mental stress and the interaction between the factors and the combined effect. Results:the difference of three different interventions on the adolescent psychological stress before and after the intervention is significant;difference before and alter the intervention of four different intervention on adolescent mental stress is significant. Multiple compari- son analysis showed that psychological intervention:comprehensive intervention more effective than exercise intervention, exercise intervention is better than psychological intervention ; groups + psychological intervention is better than the group intervention,group intervention is better than that of individual and individual + psychological intervention is better than personal intervention. Conclusion:Comprehensive intervention and groups + psychological intervention to alleviate adoles- cent mental stress are the most effective ways and means.
