不同运动方式对代谢综合症患者炎症因子的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Exercise Modes on Inflammatory Factors of Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

摘要 目的:对比有氧运动与抗阻训练对代谢综合症(MS)患者血清促炎症因子IL-6、IL-18、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,对制定有针对性的特异运动处方提供依据。方法:75名MS患者随机分为有氧运动组(AE组)、抗阻训练组(RT组)和安静对照组(RC组)。AE组进行12周有氧运动,RT组进行12周力量训练,RC组保持日常生活习惯不变。实验前后分别测定血清IL-6、IL-18、CRP和TNF-α。结果:运动后,AE组血清IL-18降低了31.7%(P<0.01),血清TNF-α虽无显著性变化(P>0.05),但均低于RT组(P<0.05)和RC组(P<0.01);AE组和RT组体脂百分比均显著性下降(P<0.01);血清IL-6和CRP在各组均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论:有氧运动和抗阻训练均可降低MS患者的脂肪含量,但只有有氧运动可改善MS患者的炎症反应状态。 Objective :The aim of this study was to examine the effects of aerobic exercise versus resistance training on cir-culating IL-6,IL-18 ,CRP and TNF-α of patients with metabolic syndrome in order to provide evidence for formulating special exercise prescription. Methods:Seventy-five MS patients were randomly divided into aerobic exercise (AE) group, resistance training (RT) and resting control (RC) group. AE group performed 12-week aerobic exercise and RT group did resistance training,while RC group maintained their routine living habit. Serum IL-6, IL-18, CRP and TNF-α were deter-mined before and after the intervention. Results: After intervention, serum IL-18 of AE was reduced by 31.7% (P 〈 0. 01 ). Although there was no change in TNF-α from baseline after AE, the levels were lower compared to the RT ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and RC group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Total body fat was reduced after AE ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and RT ( P 〈 0. 01 ). There were no changes in serum IL-6 or CRP within or between the groups (P 〉0. 05). Conclusion:Both AT and RT reduced fat mass. However, only the former intervention was associated with a more favorable inflammatory status among people with meta-bolic syndrome.
