从导致消极比赛现象的原因着手,将消极比赛分为规则作用乏力型、比赛道德缺失型、比赛水准失范型,并分析了其自身特征和内在逻辑。结合其特征和竞技体育发展的现实要求,提出了修订和完善规则、弥合基础性权力和强制性权力、健全体育道德规范体系、优化竞技体育比赛环境是有效规避消极比赛的可行路径。

The author divided＇negative competition into the type with weak rules, the type with moral deficiency and the type with abnormal level from the causes of the negative competition phenomenon and the characteristics and the internal logic of theirs have been studied. Combined with the practical requirements of the features and the development of compet- itive sports, the author has put forward the suggestions that the revision and perfection of rules, the bridging between basic power and coercive power, the perfecting of sports ethics system, the optimization of competitive sports environment are the feasible ways to prevent negative game.
