摘要 旨在探讨健美操教学对大学生身体自我概念的影响。运用教学实验及心理测量的方法,抽取长春师范学院非体育专业大学二年级两班共61名学生为教学实验对象,随机分为健美操教学组(实验组)及传统体育教学组(控制组)。实验组施以8周的健美操教学,控制组施以8周传统体育教学。研究结果表明:1)健美操教学对提升大学生身体自我概念具有明显作用。2)与传统体育教学相比,健美操教学可以有效提升大学生对自身柔软度、耐力、弹力和力量的认知。3)传统体育教学应紧密结合身体素质练习,提升学生对健身效果的认知。 The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of aerobics teaching on college students'physical self-concept for the second grade of Changchun Normal University. The major instruments were undergraduate physical self-concept scale. This study adopted a quasi-experimental design to carry on the teaching research of the experiment. Two classes of 61second grade were recruited and were assigned randomly to the aerobics teaching group ( the experimental group) and the traditional physical education group ( the control group). The experimental group had aerobics teaching which lasted for eight weeks. The results were as follows : 1. The experimental group in undergraduate physical self-concept scale per- formed significant difference within pre- and post- tests. Especially, the softness, endurance and stretch and appearance sub-scales had significant difference. 2. Post-test between group comparison in undergraduate self-concept was significant. Flex-ibility, endurance,resilience were significant expression, but obesity, appearance, forces subscales were not significant.
