摘要 快尔卫(Cryovac)真空收缩袋是一种多层共挤出薄膜。在数十微米的厚度内,综合了抗磨外层、氧气阻隔层、抗刺穿层和封口层等功能层(从最外层到食品接触层),并通过独有的电子交联技术提高封口强度和本体强度,具有高收缩性和高阻隔性等特点,能显著延长生鲜肉保存时间,扩大生鲜肉的物流半径,为肉类产品带来绿色创新包装。 Cryovac vacuum shrinkable bag is a multilayer coextrusion film. In the tens of microns thickness, it synthesizes all functional layers from the outermost to food contact layer such as anti-wear layer, oxygen barrier layer, sealing layer and so on. The unique electronic crosslinking technology help improve its sealing strength and noumenon strength, making it high shrinkage and high barrier property, etc. Therefore, fresh meat preservation period is prolonged and the radius of logistics is enlarged, which brings green innovation packaging for meat product.
