摘要
芬尼克兹(PHNIX)研发的高温冷热联供热泵综合节能解决方案,一方面通过制取高温热水解决印刷机、复合机的烘箱加热问题,烘干部分节能50%,同时充分利用热泵生产过程中伴生的10~15℃冷水,作为车间空调、吹膜机和淋膜机的冷源。本文结合浙江某软包装企业的实际应用案例,对该节能技术进行了详细介绍。该厂采用芬尼克兹冷热联供综合节能解决方案对一台新购的9色北人印刷机进行了节能改造,与电加热供热相比,每年可节省30.9万元的加热费用,夏季可减少3.1万元的制冷费用。
A comprehensive energy saving solution of high temperature printing CCHP developed by PHNIX, on the one hand, prepare high temperature hot water to solve the heating problem of the oven for the printing presses and composite machine, with drying part saving energy for 50%, and make 10 - 15℃ cold water generated from the production process of heat pump at the same time ,as cold source for workshop air conditioning, blown film machine and laminating machine. In this paper, combined with the practical application of some soft packaging enterprise case in Zhejiang Province, the energy-saving technology is introduced in detail. The workshop has applied the comprehensive energy saving solution from PHNIX in a new 9-colour printing of Shanxi Beiren to save energy. Compared with the electric heating, it can save the heating costs for 309,000 yuan a year and reduce cooling costs for 31,000 yuan in summer.
