基于万方数据库的认知功能评估工具文献计量学研究

Bibliometric analysis of cognitive assessment tools research papers based on Wanfang Database

目的 分析中国近十年认知功能评估工具的使用概况,了解认知功能的研究动态以及存在问题,以便更好地指导认知功能评估工具的临床应用和研究.方法 采用计算机检索“万方数据库”近十年与认知功能评估相关的期刊论文,分别以“认知功能评估”“认知功能评定”“‘认知功能测定”“神经心理学测验”等为检索词,时间为2003～2012年.对检索到的文章进行分类统计.结果 共检索到与认知功能评估相关的论文1 388篇,主要涉及医药、卫生学科的最多,其他还涉及语言、文字、文化、科学、教育、体育等学科,使用到的认知功能评估工具80余种,其中进行了信度和效度研究的评估工具只有20种.总体排名前10位的认知功能评估工具主要涉及神经内科、精神心理科、康复科、麻醉科、内分泌等学科,使用频率均呈逐年上升的趋势.结论 认知功能的评估逐渐受到大家的重视,涉及的学科广,评定工具多,选择余地大,但对各类工具的信、效度研究较少.

Objective Analyzed the use of cognitive assessment tools to understand the research trends and problems of cognitive assessment,in order to better guide the cognitive function assessment tools in clinical applications and research.Methods Search papers were associated with cognitive in “Wanfang Database” from 2003 to 2012.The search words were “cognitive evaluation”“cognitive assessment”“cognitive measurement”“neuropsychological tests”.And then the results were disaggregated statistically.Results Totals of 1 388 papers associated with cognitive assessment were researched,Which involves medicine,health disciplines at most,the other also involves language,writing,culture,science,education,sports and other disciplines; more than 80 kinds of cognitive assessment tools were found.There were several versions of the same tool,which conducted the reliability and validity of assessment tools had only 20 kinds.Ten of the most cognitive function assessment tools mainly involved neurological,psychological,rehabilitation,anesthesiology,endocrinology and other disciplines,frequency of use showed an increasing trend.Conclusions People have pay greater attention to cognitive assessment,which involves broad discipline with many kinds of cognitive assessment,tools,and gave more chance to researcher,but less study about reliability and validity of assessment tools.
