摘要
目的建立质控样品饮料中甜蜜素测定的毛细管柱气相色谱方法。方法对样品前处理中除去CO2条件、进样方式、亚硝酸钠加入量进行优化,建立质控样品中甜蜜素测定的毛细管柱气相色谱方法。结果在此条件下,甜蜜素在质控考核样品的范围0.3-2.0 mg/mL内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.99995;以信噪比S/N=3计算,该方法的检出限为2×10-4g/kg。对质控样品平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)〈3.0%。对甜蜜素样品的低、中、高3种浓度的加标回收率为99.0%-104.0%。结论该方法应用于饮料样品中甜蜜素质控考核,测定结果均在保证值范围内,准确度高。
Objective To develop a method for measured sodium cyclamate in beverages from the quality control samples by capillary gas chromatography. Methods CO2 was removed, injection and addition of odium nitrite content were optimized in pretreatment of samples to set up the method for determination of sodium cyclamate in quality control beverage samples by capillary column gas chromatography. Results In this condition, the linear relationship of sodium cyclamate in the quality control samples was good with linearity range of 0.3-2.0 mg/mL, the correlation coefficients was equal to 0.99995, the limit for detection of sodium cyclamate was 2 × 10-4g/kg based on the ratio of signal to noise S/N = 3. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of quality control samples in parallel was less than 3.0%. The added standard recoveries of sodium cyclamate samples for low, medium and high concentrations were 99.0% - 104.0%. Conclusion The method is accurate for determination of sodium cyclamate in beverage samples for quality control assessment.
