摘要
随着人类寿命的延长和人口老龄化的加剧,阿尔茨海默症已成为威胁老年人健康的主要疾病之一。目前,类黄酮对AD的治疗和防治作用日益引起人们的关注。大量研究表明,类黄酮能抑制AD样病变并逆转啮齿动物认知缺陷,摄取富含类黄酮的食物有利于改善神经认知功能。本文从AD的发病机制出发,概述近5年来国内外关于类黄酮防治AD的研究进展。
With the prolongation of human life-span and the aggravation of social aging, Alzheimer's disease (AD) has been one of most serious threats to the health of old people. At present, effects of flavonoids on the prevention and treatment of AD have received increasing attention. Many studies revealed that flavonoids can inhibit the development of AD-like pathology and reverse deficits in cognition in rodent models, meanwhile, the consumption of flavonoid-rich foods can beneficially influence neurocognitive function. In this paper, based on the pathogenesis of AD, the recent findings about the effects of flavonoids on AD over the past five years at home and abroad were reviewed.
