职业压力程度对护士人文关怀品质的影响研究

The influence of job stress on nurses' humanistic care quality

目的调查护士职业压力程度与人文关怀品质的现状并分析其相关性。方法采用护士人文关怀品质量表和护士职业压力源量表对354名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士人文关怀品质总均分为(4.21±0.53)分,各维度得分均高于常模(P<0.01或P<0.05);护士职业压力源总均分为(3.43±0.69)分;护士人文关怀品质与其职业压力呈负相关(P<0.01);护士职业压力能有效预测护士的人文关怀品质(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士人文关怀品质呈良好水平,护士职业压力呈中等程度。护士人文关怀品质与职业压力有密切联系,缓解护士的职业压力,将有助于提升护士的人文关怀品质。

Objective To investigate the status and correlation of nurses＇ humanistic care quality and job stress.Methods Totally,354 nurses were investigated by Nurses＇ Humanistic Care Quality Scale and Nurses＇ Job Stress Scale.Results The total score of nurses＇humanistic care quality was （4.21 ± 0.53） points,each dimension score was higher than the norm （P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05）.The nurses＇job stress score was （3.43 ± 0.69）.Nurses＇ humanistic care quality and job stress were negatively correlated （P ＜ 0.01）.Nurses＇job stress could effectively predict nurses＇ humanistic care quality （P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The level of nurses＇ humanistic care quality is at high level,and the level of nurses＇job stress is at moderate level.Nurses＇humanistic care quality and job stress are closely linked.Relieving nurses＇job stress will help to improve nurses＇humanistic care quality.
