摘要
目的了解男护士职业倦怠及离职意愿现状,并探讨二者的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业倦怠量表、离职意愿量表对哈尔滨市7所三级甲等医院的55名男护士进行问卷调查。结果男护士职业倦怠程度高于常模(P<0.01),处于中度水平。离职意愿程度较高,总均分为(2.27±0.55)分,指标值为56.75%。情感耗竭、去人格化与离职意愿呈正相关,个人成就感与离职意愿呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应鼓励男护士学会自我疏导,增强自身应对压力的能力;重视男护士对尊重、理解、实现的需求,适当授权以提高其自我工作价值感,进而减少职业倦怠带来的负面效应,提高其工作满意度,从而避免离职意愿的产生。
Objective To understand the status of male nurses'job burnout and turnover intention,and to analyze their relationship.Methods A total of 55 male nurses from 7 3A-level hospitals of Harbin were recruited and investigated using demographic questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Turnover Intention Scale.Results The job burnout degree of male nurses was higher than the norm (P < 0.01),which was at a medium level.Besides,their turnover intention was high,the total score was (2.27 ± 0.55),and the targeted value was 56.75%.Emotional exhaustion,depersonalization of male nurses were positively correlated with turnover intention,while personal accomplishment was negatively correlated with turnover intention(P < 0.01).Conclusion Nursing managers should encourage male nurses to learn to self-ease,and strengthen their ability to cope with pressure.Besides,managers should pay full attention to male nurses'demands for respect,understanding and self-realization,entitle nurses some authority to raise their sense of job value,and reduce the negative effects brought by job burnout,so as to improve their job satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of turnover intention.
