骨科专科护士培训后工作体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on working experiences after training of orthopedic specialized nurse

目的探讨骨科专科护士培训结束后的临床工作体验。方法采用现象学研究方法对15名参加安徽省首届骨科专科护士培训的护士进行深度访谈,将所得资料使用Colaizzi的7步分析法进行分析。结果骨科专科护士培训体验被提炼出5个主题:学习收获颇丰、职业态度积极、心理压力加大、职业前景广阔、培训需求上升。结论专科护士培训能提高骨科护士的职业素质,受访者对骨科专科护士的职业前景都抱有乐观态度,但应注意减缓培训过程中护士的心理压力。

Objective To explore nurses＇working experiences after training of orthopedic specialized nurse.Methods Fifteen nurses that participanted in the first orthopedic specialized nurse training of Anhui province were interviewed in-depth using phenomenological method.The data was analyzed using the seven steps of Claizzi analysis method.Results Five themes of working experiences were extracted,which were lots of harvest in learning,positive professional attitudes,increased psychological pressure,bright career prospects and rising training demand.Conclusion Specialized nurse training can improve professional quality of orthopaedic nurses,interviewees have optimistic attitude about the career prospects of orthopedic specialized nurse.However,it should be paid attention to relieve nurses＇psychological pressure during the process of training.
