中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸功能锻炼情况的访谈报告

Interview report of the status of respiratory function exercise in moderately severe COPD patients

目的探讨中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸功能锻炼状况。方法采用立意取样法,抽取2012年6月至12月在某医院呼吸内科出院并明确诊断的18例中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,运用深入访谈法收集资料,采用Colaizzi现象学资料7步分析法进行分析。结果提炼出4个影响患者呼吸功能锻炼效果的原因:锻炼方法错误;锻炼方法易遗忘;见效慢,无法坚持;患者重视不够。结论对出院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者强调呼吸功能锻炼的必要性至关重要,要使患者掌握正确的呼吸功能锻炼方法,通过随访、电话咨询等方式让患者坚持锻炼,养成良好的习惯,以提高患者呼吸功能锻炼的依从性。

Objective To explore the status respiratory function exercise in moderately severe COPD patients.Methods The purposive sampling method was adopted to select hospitalized patients in respiratory medicine and diagnosed of moderately severe COPD in June 2012 to December 2012.The in-depth interview was conducted on 18 patients.Seven steps of phenomenological method were used to analyzed data.Results Four reasons affecting patients＇respiratory function exercise were extracted,which were exercise method error,difficult to remember,slow effectiveness and unable to insist on and patients＇emphasis not enough.Conclusion It is very important to emphasize the necessity of respiratory function exercise for discharged COPD patients,make them master correct exercise method,improve their adherence through follow-up and telephone counseling.
