铁轨金属表面涡流无损检测系统

摘要 针对我国铁路快速发展,特别是高铁的发展,保障火车的安全运行当属重中之重故设计一套便于携带,灵敏度高的涡流探伤系统,涡流探头提取微弱损伤信号,经过滤波放大,模数转换等信号处理电路送给单片机处理,同阈值比较,确定路轨表面是否出现损伤从而为铁路安全运行提供保障。 For railway rapid development in our country, especially the development of high- speed rail, security is the top priority to the safe operation of trains, therefore, to design a eddy current testing system of high sensitivity is important, eddy current probe damage or weak signal, then through the signal processing circuit such as filter, amplifier, AD and compared with the threshold, to determine whether the track surface damage or not, which guarantees safe operation for the railway.
