摘要
目的应用便携式视频显微镜进行经大脑纵裂胼胝体前段入路至蝶鞍的解剖研究。方法新鲜和灌注固定的成人尸头标本各5例,在便携式视频显微镜下,经大脑纵裂胼胝体前段入路解剖并观察鸡冠至蝶鞍。结果便携式视频显微镜经大脑纵裂胼胝体前段入路能够清楚、逼真地暴露蝶鞍的解剖结构。结论应用便携式视频显微镜经大脑纵裂胼胝体前段入路能够完成蝶鞍的显微解剖研究。
Objective To apply portable video microscope to the anatomical study of precallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure approach to the sellar region. Methods The sellar region was exposed dissected and observed using a portable video microscope through precallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure approach on fresh and perfused (five specimens respectively) adult human cadavefic head specimens. Results The sellar region was exposed clearly and lifelikely through portable video micro- scopic precallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure approach. Conclusions Micrergy using portable video microscope through precallosal longitudinal cerebral fissure approach can work in the sellar region.
