西部大开发与民族地区经济的繁荣

Western Development and Economic Prosperity in Minority Areas

文章对西部民族地区的贫困状况、贫困成因进行了分析，认为，目前我国实施的西部大开发战略．是借鉴国外西部开发之经验与我国实际情况作出的一项重要的战略决策，西部大开发是民族兴盛与少数民族地区经济繁荣的战略之策。并提出西部大开发的反贫困的相应对策。

This paper holds that the implementation of western development in our country is an important strategic decision by applying foreign experience to practical situation in our country on the basis of analysis of the poverty situation and its causes in western Minority areas. Western development is an important measure to promote ecomomic prosperity in those areas and help economic devel- opment of the whole nation. This paper also puts forward some anti -poverty measures.
