Advances of the treatment of amblyopia

摘要 近年来在弱视治疗方面,眼科学、神经科学及心理物理学研究均提出神经可塑性理论,并证实可以作为大龄弱视的治疗手段,即在双眼分视模式下,通过量化弱视双眼间抑制的知觉学习,降低非弱视眼对弱视眼的抑制,实现双眼平衡,不仅提高弱视眼的视力,而且达到双眼视治疗的目的. In recent years,some experts in ophthalmology,neuroscience and psychophysics present new insights into the amblyopia treatment.Neural plasticity theory can be applied to the treatment of older amplyopia patients.Under the dichoptic viewing condition,one can obtain binocular balance and achieve the purpose of binocular therapy by reducing the suppression from the fellow eye to the lazy eye.
