2型糖尿病患者并发肾病状况及相关因素分析

Analysis on Relative Factors and Status of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Nephropathy

目的:探讨2型糖尿病并发肾病状况,进行相关因素的分析。方法:根据尿白蛋白排泄率(UAE)将60例2型糖尿病患者分为3组,记录病程,采集血压、血清IV-C,并检测尿NAG、尿IgG指标进行分析。结果:2型糖尿病并发肾病组与正常组比较,病程、血压、尿NAG、血清IV-C和尿IgG有显著性差异。结论:2型糖尿病患者并发肾病与病程、血压、尿NAG、血清IV-C等密切相关,为糖尿病肾病早期诊治提供依据。

Objective To investigate risk factors of type 2 diabetes complicated with nephropathy. Method 60 cases of type 2 diabetes patients was divided into 3 groups according to urinary albumin excretion rate （UAE）, recording its course, analysing collected value of blood pressure, senlm IV-C, urinary NAG, IgG in urine and serum creatinine, statistical analysis. Results Contrast Type 2 diabetic nephropathy group to the normal group, duration, blood pressure, urine NAG, serumIV-C and urinary IgG had significant differences. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic complicated with nephropathy were closely related to the course of disease, blood pressure, urinary NAG, serum IV-C. It provide the basis of diagnosis and treatment of early diabetic complicated with nephropathy.
