灰色系统理论是解决客观世界贫信息不确定性问题的方法,灰色系统建模是灰色系统理论的重要组成部分。基于灰色模型对加油站改造维护费用进行分析,建立GM(1,1)模型,采用灰色预测估算岳阳市某加油站改造维护费用,为加油站改造维护费用估算开辟一种新的有效的方法,也拓宽灰色理论应用于工程预算领域的范围。

The grey system theory is a method to solve the objective world, uncertainty and poor information, grey system modeling is an important part of grey system theory. Analyses the gas station maintenance cost based on grey model, establishes the GM （1,1） model, estimates a Yueyang gas station reformation and maintenance cost by using gray prediction, opens up a new effective method for the transformation of gas station maintenance cost estimation, but also broadens the scope of application of grey theory in project budget field.
