摘要 目的:评价Galileo neo全自动血型仪在血型测定工作中的可靠性和准确性。方法:仪器装机第1个月,所有标本同时用neo全自动血型检测系统和经典的试管法进行对照性试验,共2 445例;仪器投入使用3个月后统计neo全自动血型仪的判读率,并分析判读失败的原因。结果:Galileo neo全自动血型仪法和试管法符合率达100%、准确率100%、无错误率;仪器的判读成功率98.24%,判读失败率1.76%,无错误判读。结论:Galileo neo全自动血型仪具有很好的可靠性和准确性,大大提高了血型检测工作的标准化、信息化和自动化水平。 Objective:To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of Galileo neo fully automated blood typing analy- zer in blood typing. Method: In the first month after the analyzer was installed,2 445 patients's blood groups were simultaneously determined by fully automated blood typing analyzer and classical tube test,the results were com- pared;the analyzer has already been used three month later, success rate and failure rate of the analyzer were calcu- lated, and its reason to fail was analyzed. Result:The diagnostic concordance rate between the analyzer and the tube was 100~/00 ,and the same as accuracy rate. The success rate and failure rate of the analyzer were 98. 24~ and 1.76 % ,while its wrong interpretation rate was 0. Conclusion:Galileo neo fully automated blood typing analyzer is accurate and reliable. It rapidly improves standardization,informationization and automation level in blood typing.
