食品养生中的两种知识传统的冲突——以我国报纸的燕窝报道为例

The Conflict between Two Knowledge Traditions in Food Regimen:A Case Study on Newspaper Coverage of Edible Bird′s Nest in China

关于燕窝存在两种对立看法:中国传统知识认为燕窝是滋补佳品;现代科学知识则认为燕窝只不过是普通食品。本文采用内容分析法对我国报纸关于燕窝的报道进行了经验性研究,描述了我国报纸报道中的燕窝形象,并对传统知识和现代知识在建构和解构燕窝形象中的作用进行了分析,进而揭示了传统知识和现代科学知识在食品养生观念中的冲突。

There are two opposing views on the birdrs nest： according to Chinese traditional knowl- edge, it is considered as tonic but according to modern scientific knowledge, it is considered just or- dinary food. By conducting an empirical？ study on Chinese newspaper coverage of edible bird＇s nest through the content analysis method, we describe the image of edible bird＇s nest in Chinese news- papers coverage, and make an analysis of the roles of traditional knowledge and modern knowledge in the construction and deconstruction of the edible bird＇s nestrs image, and then reveal the conflict between traditional knowledge and modern scientific knowledge in food regimen.
