摘要
结合多条城市轨道交通线路情况,根据三级控制结构和操作权唯一的原则,阐述综合监控系统控制权限移交的分类和模式,详细分析对应分类和模式下权限移交实现的方式和过程。以电力监控、环境与设备监控子系统为例,对综合监控深度集成子系统的多级权限移交进行归纳。
Based on the applications in several rail transit lines,the classification and pattern of control authority transfer of Integrated Supervision and Control System （ISCS） is summarized according to the principle of three-level control structures and uniqueness of operation right.Furthermore,the method and process of realization of control authority transfer of each classification are analyzed in detail.The multistage transfer of control authority of the integration system of ISCS,such as power supervisory control and data acquisition system,building automation system,are concluded.
