宫颈癌术后患者的婚姻生活质量情况及干预研究

Marriage Quality of Life Research and Intervention of Patients after Cervical Cancer Operation

目的：探讨宫颈癌术后患者的婚姻生活质量情况及干预效果。方法选取2011年1月～2013年1月我科确诊宫颈癌患者118例，按入院先后顺序分为对照组和干预组，各59例。对照组按宫颈癌围术期常规护理。干预组在常规护理基础上实施生理卫生知识指导、性生活指导、家庭-社会支持以及定期随访指导。观察两组入院时、出院后3个月、6个月心理状况和婚姻生活质量。结果两组入院时紧张、焦虑、恐惧发生率比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。干预组出院后3个月、6个月紧张、焦虑发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）；入院时两组婚姻生活质量评分比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05），出院后3个月、6个月干预组婚姻生活质量评分高于对照组，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论宫颈癌术后患者的婚姻生活质量不高，但通过采取有效干预措施，可以提高患者及配偶的性满足感，改善其婚姻生活质量。

Objective To investigate the marriage quality and intervention effect of patients with cervical cancer after op-eration .Methods 118 cases of cancer patients from 2011 January to 2013 January in our hospital diagnosed cervical ,were randomly divided into control group of 59 cases and 59 cases in the intervention group .And patients in the control group were accepted the perioperative nursing of cervical cancer on the basis of conventional care implementation of physiological health knowledge guidance ,life guidance ,family - social support and regular follow -up guidance ,hospital admission for patients in the intervention group .Then observed psychological status and quality of marriage after 3 months and 6 months . Results There is no significant difference in prevalence （P＆gt;0 .05） in admission psychological stress ,anxiety ,fear between two groups .After 3 months and 6 months the psychological tension ,anxiety was significantly lower in the intervention group than the control group（P＆lt;0 .05）;admission two patients quality of marriage the score showed no statistical signifi-cance（P＆gt;0 .05） ,was discharged after 3 months ,6 months ,patients in the intervention group marriage life quality scores were higher than those in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0 .05） .Conclusion Cervical cancer patients＆#39;quality of marriage life after marriage is low ,but taking effective measures can improve the patients and their spouse＆#39;s sexual satisfaction ,improve the quality of marriage life .
