维持性血液透析患者的婚姻质量调查

Investigation of Marital Quality of Patients with Maintenance hemodialysis

目的调查维持性血液透析患者的婚姻质量,为临床提供更有针对性的护理依据。方法采用Olson婚姻质量量表(ENRICH)对52例维持性血液透析患者婚姻质量进行评定。结果维持性血液透析患者婚姻质量明显降低,在婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、解决冲突的方式、经济安排、性生活、业余活动六项因子评分均显著低于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者婚姻质量明显降低,在护理维持性血液透析患者时要开展有针对性的心理、社会干预,以尽可能地促进其身心康复。

Objective To analyze the quality of marital life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis so as to provide more targeted clinical nursing .Methods 52 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were evaluated with Olson Marital Quality Inven-tory（ENRICH） .Results The marital quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis was lower compared with normal refer-ences ,and the scores of six factors of ENRICH that concluded the satisfied degree of marriage ,interaction ,solving conflict ,e-conomic arrangement ,sexual life ,spare -time activity were lower than normal references .Conclusion Patients marital life could be influenced after hemodialysis . Psychosocial intervention for both patients and their spouses needs to be implemented in order to maximize the potential for recovery .
